Omer Manor

Omer Manor is a Tel Aviv-based documentary cinematographer and filmmaker. Among his works are Holding Liat (2025, Berlinale Documentary Award winner), a film about an Israeli-American family’s fight to free their daughter after she was taken hostage on October 7, and Rabbi Capoeira (DocAviv 2024).

With extensive experience filming in conflict zones and disaster areas—including Ukraine, Israel, and the West Bank—Omer captures raw, authentic moments amidst upheaval. His work for ABC News has taken him to the heart of major global events, contributing to the team's 2024 News and Docs Emmy Award for their coverage of the war in the Middle East.
